What's an Online Consultation?

What is an Online Consultation?

An office visit may not always be convenient. Online Consultations, for established patients, are available to obtain the individualized medical advice you need without having to come into the office. Online Consultations are only for routine, non-emergency questions that do not require a physical exam.
Online Consultations may be appropriate for:
  • Questions about medications
  • Explanations of simple test results
  • Gathering information about next steps in your treatment plan
Questions that require a dialogue and mutual decision making on the part of the patient and provider are best handled face-to-face during an office visit. In such cases, an office visit will be required.

The fee for an Online Consultation is $25.

If you think you may be having a medical emergency, do not use the Online Consultation request. Dial 911 or your local emergency number.
